【abstract】works about new words studying from the layer of the meanings of new words  .But the articles that studied new words from rhetorical manners seldom appear. The studying layers of my article are as follows: First, the present situation of new words.  Second, the significance of studying the new words from rhetorical manner. Third the situation of new words from figural, borrowing manners. Forth the situation of new words from other rhetorical manners, and so on.
