ABSTRACT
The21stcenturyisthetimeofknowledgeeconomy,thevalueof
sourceknowledgeisanbecomingthecompetitivenessofenterprises,andtheknowledgewooersplayed
increasinglyimportantroleinthedevelopmentofenterprises.Iftheenterprisehastheknowledgeworkerswithgreatimportanttechnology,informationandknowledge,itwouldnotbeinapassiveposition,butratherwith
aakindofinitiative.Accordingovertothesurvey,therehavebeenlotofknowledgewooersturningtotheforeignenterprisesand
privateenterprisesfromtheChinesestate ownedenterprises,whichplaytheimportantroleinChinesenationaleconomyandnationalsecurity.Thelackofknowledgewooerswillmakealargenumberofstate-ownedenterprisesdevelopdifficultly.
Thegeneralviewofthispaperisthat,first,explainingthemeansofstate-ownedenterprises,theknowledgewooers,compensation,compensationmanagement.Second,
atintroducethetheoryofcompensationmanagementbothhomeandabroad.Then,
analysistheproblemofcompensationmanagementofknowledgewooersinChinesestate-ownedenterprises,suchasjustbeingasinglestructure,andfailingtopayattentiontoexternalcompensationandhavingbecomeseriousinternalegalitarianism,thelackoflong-termincentiveeffects.Inlightoftheseproblems,accordingtothespecialcharacterofknowledgewooersandthestatusofChinesestate-ownedenterprises,wecanmakesomemeasurestosolvetheseproblems.
