Stage 2: HR Interview & Paper test

Shanghai short-listed candidates will be invited for 30 ~ 40 minutes face to face interview with HR people and consultants in Watson Wyatt Shanghai office.

For some business lines, such as total rewards survey, candidates will be required to have one hour paper test.

Stage 3: Assessment Centre

Assessment centre is a one of the selection tools which may include a series of group activities. The students will work together to make a case study / debate / presentation which will be assessed by the assessors of Watson Wyatt. The assessment centre may last for about 2 hours.

Stage 4: Practice Leader Interview

Potential candidates will proceed to Stage 4 for a meeting with the Practice Leader and/or other senior members of the office. At this stage you will have an opportunity to know more about Watson Wyatt and explore how you may build up a successful career with Watson Wyatt.

Stage 5: Offer Confirmation

Successful candidates will then receive an employment offer at entry level. You may have the opportunities to join the Watson Wyatt after graduation.
