经过这一年的努力,我感觉经济危机还没有过去,钢铁市场的春天暂时还不会到来。在这个时候选择客户,规避风险应该是接下来考虑的问题。我们擅长市场开拓,每年都有一百多家新客户进入我们的客户档案中,但是后期的市场维护和提升相对跟不上、不到位也是一个问题。客户定位不够准确,选择客户方面存在一定考量。什么是自己的客户,什么不是自己的客户,那些客户是一次性的,那些还要进行深挖潜力的,这些方面我们还需要努力提高。
以上是我对上半年工作的总结,其中的一些不成熟的建议和看法,如有不妥之处敬请谅解。
20xx年即将过去,在这段时间中通过一年的工作,发现有很多不足,也有了一点点收获,临近,有必要对自己的工作做一下总结。目的.在于吸取教训,提高自己,以至于在来年里把工作做的更好,自己有信心也有决心把明年的工作做的更好。下面我对一年的工作进行简要的总结。
一、20xx年个人销售工作总结:
从今年的销售工作来看,完全没有达到自己的目标,上半年来看,觉得去年交通运输部4架机的订单,年初的昆明XX所的订单,所以不着急,缺乏积极主动去开拓市场联系客户的干劲,还没有完全融入到这个行业中来,对产品没有更深入的了解,浮在表面,在说服客户这一块还是相当的不完善,没有占到主动,对同行业之间的信息和市场经验的积累没有一个大概的认识和了解。遇到产品方面的难点和问题,经常请教工程、生产、机务等有经验的同事,在不断的学习产品知识和积累经验的同时,从而提高自己的业务水平。
二、20xx年存在的缺点:
从销售上看,我的客户工作没有做好,可以说是销售做的十分的失败。20xx年只完成了xx架小型无人机的销售,对产品优势拿捏不准,这对于我开展市场造成很大的压力。客观上的一些因素虽然存在,在工作中其他的一些做法也有很大的问题:1.对于客户需求了解的还不够深入,对于各种招标网的关注度不够。 2.对产品的技术问题掌握的过度薄弱,不能十分清晰的向客户解释,对于一些大的问题不能快速拿出一个很好的解决问题的方法。在与客户的沟通过程中,技术问题沟通不够深入,技术层面过度的依赖工程部、机务部。不能把我们公司产品的详细情况十分清晰的传达给客户,了解客户的真正想法和意图;对客户提出的某项建议不能做出迅速的反应。在传达产品信息时不能做到专业的角度分析问题,造成很多工作的浪费,时间过了很久才提出来全面更正。
从采购上看,入库检验流程存在时间拖沓等问题,仓库管理存在很多货品出库没有追溯性等问题,必须在后期结合新上的仓库管理系统进行一次大力度的整改,实现纸质信息到电子信息的提升,提高采购物资的进库、出库的时时性、准确性、可追溯性。
三、一年的小小收获:
参与了警用武器装备展、珠海航展,两个大型展会的前期及后期工作,起到了一定的公司推广及品牌建设的功效。陪同工程部、生产部前往xx基地保障试飞,拿到报告。前后共分xx批次进口xx架次整机、散件及航空发动机等航空设备,做到了前期办理各项进口机电证,准备材料实现快速通关,保证国外进口产品的快速抵厂,对于采购,做到了“秉公办事、维护公司利益”的原则,并综合考虑“质量、价格”的竞争,择优选取。
一年来不足比收获大,不完善比完善多,在今后的一年,一定改变现在的状况,将工作重心向销售倾斜,在主力销售的同时兼顾采购的工作,做到互不干涉而又都能圆满完成工作。
