一、奶酪火锅

三、苏黎世牛肉
这道菜是苏黎世区的特色菜，是爱好肉类和菌菇类的人不可错过的美食，鲜嫩肥美，入口即化，是极佳的下饭菜，而且价格也实惠。
需要将新鲜的小牛肉切丁处理，然后将香菇切片处理，将黄油下锅融化，依次放入牛肉粒和香菇片，最后再加入奶油和白葡萄酒调味。
四、琉森盒子
和少年宫一道菜一样，这道菜是地区特色菜，外形类似于韭菜盒子，外表上金黄的酥皮，焦脆可口，内里加入各色肉类和蔬菜，烹饪完成之后直接进行食用。

至于原因，我想不用多讲了。总之，这种既丢人格，又丢国格的事，还是不要去想，不要去惦记的好。别有侥性心里，老老实实遵守别人国家的法律，比什么都重要。
2.千万不要说外国人可爱
这倒是没有什么坏影响，只是外国人根本不理解。中国人常说谁谁谁真可爱，也用作同事之间，好朋友之间。这是一种关系好的向征。在外国，你说谁谁谁可爱，他们会非常不理解，反而会问你为什么说他(她)可爱。很难解释的，根本说不清，完全是文化差异造成的。最后反而会把自己弄得说不出话来，老外还一脑子糊涂。一般只和外国人说“你真有意思”，“你真幽默”什么的。
3.其它什么的坏毛病
如乱扔东西，随地吐啖，在外面和陌生的中国人吵架这些可都不是什么良好的行为。应该好好改一改。
4.别想去巴结老师
巴结老师，希望老师照顾自己，这对中国留学生来说，是很愚蠢行为。在国外，就老老实实的学，在学习上，老师不和你讲人情。虽然在课下可以像朋友一样，怎么玩都行，学习这事，老外还是公私分明的。不会因为和你喝了酒，就给你高分。而且知识这东西，还是自己认认真真的学到手的好。
5.千万别摸小孩子的头
这是瑞士人的大忌。如果有外国朋友抱着他们的小Baby，可别和中国似的，过去就摸小孩子的头，一边摸一边说可爱。外国人最不喜欢这样。我知道中国有这样的习惯，也有这样的传统，看见朋友的孩子可爱，就想过去抱抱，亲亲，过去摸摸头。在外国，这是让对方很反感的。因为他们不知道你是否有传染病，之前摸过什么，有什么样的细菌。因此，他们会特别保护他们的孩子。我曾有一个同学，大家一起出游时，问路的时候，看见对方抱的小孩子超可爱，就过去摸摸头，亲亲脸。吓得人家抱着孩子快步远离了我们，然后用特别异样的眼光看着我们，当时挺不好意思的。不过说实话，那孩子的确是超可爱，比画片上的还好看，我都有冲动。可是我还是忍住了，毕竟在别人国家，还要了解别人的文化。
