1) Carry out and implement Company’ HSE policies and management policies

执行公司的HSE政策和方针。

2) Supported, guided and instructed by Rig Manager, to be responsible for well site

drilling operation.

在平台经理的指导和帮助下，负责井场的钻井生产作业。

3) To be responsible for well site management, operation supervision. ensure every

employee to strictly follow operation procedures, to check, maintain and repair equipment.

负责井场的管理，监督钻井作业。督促检查各岗位人员严格执行操作规程，搞好设备的检查、维修和保养工作。

4) To be responsible for supervising, instructing employee to implement HSE

procedures. 负责监督、指导HSE 程序的强制执行。

5) To organize pre-job, post-job meeting and other safety, operation meetings.

组织班前班后会，以及其它安全和作业方面的会议。

6) To be responsible for BOP maintenance, pressure testing and daily, monthly or

other routine inspection.

负责井控设备的维护、试压和每日、每月和其它常规检查。

7) Accurately measure, visually check drill pipe, drill collar and other downhole tools,

make primary or trackable record.

负责钻杆、钻铤和其它井下工具的准确测量、目测检查，并有原始或备查记录。 8) To be responsible for filling in IADC daily drilling report and send it to Company

man for confirmation.

9) Control the usage of materials, spare parts and tools on his duty shift. Try to save

cost.

负责当班材料、配件和工具的使用控制，努力节约钻井成本。

10) Coordinate with company representative to deal with the troubles or difficulties

occurred during drilling operation, down hole and equipment. 与甲方协调处理钻井事故、复杂和设备事故。 11) Give local employees the timely, appropriate training.

12) To be responsible for collecting operation information, deal with it by itself or

report to rig manager in time.

13) Supervise every employee’s performance and report to Rig Manager.

14) Complete the other temporary tasks assigned by rig manager.

planned.

Under the age of 45, with the certificate of a technical secondary school (or similarity) or above and major in drilling engineering, with fluent English communication skills and competent computer knowledge. Hold the valid certificate of Post Qualification; IADC well control and HSE training. Minimum of 4 years drilling working experience and 2years as a drilling engineer or toolpusher. Be responsible to rig manager. In charge of the management of drilling operation, safety, quality control, administrative affairs,business,equipment, materials and spare parts, water and electricity, mud. Entitled to punish those who refuse to observe the HSE rules, offer rig crew a healthy and safe environment. Check around, pre-job meeting, position holding check, performance inspection, post-job meeting, operation meeting. Love his own job, strictly follow the instructions from higher management or his immediate boss. Never direct any operation against safety rule or procedure.
