【摘要】 目的 探讨跌打消肿贴皮肤用药的抗炎镇痛作用。方法 采用大鼠蛋清性足跖急性炎性肿胀实验、大鼠棉球肉芽组织增生实验、二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓炎性肿胀实验及冰醋酸所致小鼠疼痛扭体反应实验观察跌打消肿贴皮肤用药的抗炎镇痛作用。结果 ①跌打消肿贴10.80 g药膏·kg-1、5.40 g药膏·kg-1、2.70 g药膏·kg-1组大鼠致炎后1 h、2 h、4 h足肿胀度均显著减小,皮肤用药对蛋清所致大鼠足跖急性炎性肿胀有明显抑制作用。②跌打消肿贴10.80 g药膏·kg-1、5.40 g药膏·kg-1、2.70 g药膏·kg-1组大鼠肉芽肿湿重、肉芽肿干重均显著减小,皮肤用药对大鼠棉球肉芽组织增生有显著抑制作用。③跌打消肿贴15.60 g药膏·kg-1、7.80 g药膏·kg-1、3.90 g药膏·kg-1组小鼠耳廓肿胀度均明显减小,皮肤用药对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓炎性肿胀有显著抑制作用。④跌打消肿贴15.60 g药膏·kg-1、7.80 g药膏·kg-1组小鼠扭体次数均显著减小,皮肤用药对冰醋酸所致小鼠疼痛扭体反应有一定抑制作用。结论 跌打消肿贴对急性炎性肿胀有明显抑制作用,对化学物质刺激疼痛有一定抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the antiinflammatory and analgesic effects of Diedaxiaozhong plaster in rat and mouse models. Methods The antiinflammatory and analgesic effects of Diedaxiaozhong plaster was studied with acute inflammation model in rats with egg whiteinduced acute paw swelling,cottoninduced granuloma experiment in rats,xyleneinduced ear edema in mice,and writhing response induced by acetic acid in mice. Results ① Paw swelling after inflammation in rats was significantly alleviated 1 h,2 h,and 4h after applying with Diedaxiaozhong powder at the doses equivalent to 10.80 g·kg-1. 5.40 g kg·kg-1,and 2.70 g·kg-1,indicating that topical application of Diedaxiaozhong powder had significantly inhibitory effects on egg whiteinduced paw inflammatory swelling in rats. ② Wet weight and dry weight of cottoninduced granuloma significantly decreased 1 h,2 h,and 4 h after applying with Diedaxiaozhong powder at the doses equivalent to 10.80 g·kg-1. 5.40 g·kg-1,and 2.70 g·kg-1,indicating that topical application of Diedaxiaozhong plaster had significantly inhibitory effects on cottoninduced granuloma in rats. ③ Xyleneinduced ear edema in mice was significantly reduced after topical application of Diedaxiaozhong plaster at the doses equivalent to 15.60 g·kg-1,7.80 g·kg-1,and 3.90 g·kg-1,indicating that topical application of Diedaxiaozhong plaster had significantly inhibitory effects xyleneinduced ear edema in mice. ④ Writhing times of mice in the groups at the doses of after topical application of Diedaxiaozhong powder at the doses equivalent to 15.60 g·kg-1,7.80 g·kg-1 were significantly reduced,indicating that topical application of Diedaxiaozhong plaster had certain inhibitory effects on writhing response induced by acetic acid in mice. Conclusion Diedaxiaozhong plaster had significant inhibitory effects on acute inflammatory edema,and had certain inhibitory effects on pains due to chemical stimulation.
