目前我国施工项目进入高速增长期，市场竞争日趋加剧，而且各参与主体之间的互相影响也使得项目管理愈加复杂，加上项目所处外部环境的不确定性，使得工程项目建设风险不断增加。EPC模式在国际上得到广泛应用，是我国工程建设项目管理模式的发展方向。所以说，本文对EPC模式下的建设工程项目风险管理进行研究具有重要的理论与实际意义。

本论文以EPC模式下工程项目风险管理为对象，运用风险管理、工程项目管理、模糊数学等对EPC模式下工程项目风险管理深入分析，概述了工程项目风险量化方法、分析了EPC模式下工程项目风险的特征、工程项目的风险因素，建立了EPC模式下工程项目风险评估的模糊评价模型，探讨了EPC模式下工程项目的风险监控问题，并提出了相关建议与应对策略。全文共分五章，主要内容如下：

第1章为绪论，第1节介绍了论文的选题目的与意义；第2节对对国内外研究现状进行了综述；第3节叙述了论文的研究的目标、研究方法和研究技术路线。

第2章探讨了工程项目风险量化方法与评估方法。第1节概述探讨了风险的概念、工程项目风险的特征、工程项目风险的构成要素、工程项目风险的分类；第2节研究了风险值的定义、论述了风险量化的作用、介绍了风险量化的主要内容；第3节根据风险量化的内容与类型，介绍了三种风险量化方法。

第3章对EPC模式下工程项目风险因素识别问题进行了研究。第1节研究了探讨了项目风险识别的步骤及方法；第2节探讨了EPC模式的特点与风险特征；第3节分析了EPC模式项目风险因素；第4节对EPC模式各阶段风险识别进行了研究。

第4章研究了EPC模式下工程项目的风险评估。第1节探讨了EPC模式下工程项目的风险评估的方法；第2节提出了EPC模式下工程项目风险评估的模糊数学模型。

第5章研究了EPC模式下工程项目风险监控与应对策略。第1节研究了探讨了项目风险监控的概念、主要措施、主要技术以及主要方法；第2节在介绍了一般项目风险应对方法的基础上，提出了EPC模式下项目风险管理的要应对策略。

第6章对全文进行了总结，并对未来研究提出了展望。

ABSTRACT

In China it has entered the period of rapid growth of construction projects. The market competition becomes more intensified, and the mutual influence of the participating subjects also makes project management more complex, coupled with the uncertainty of the project in which the external environment, making the risk of construction projects increasing. EPC model has been widely used in the international arena, the direction of development of the engineering construction project management model. So, this article has important theoretical and practical significance to study the risk management of construction projects based on EPC mode.

The EPC mode, project risk management, application of risk management, project management, Fuzzy Mathematics in-depth analysis on project risk management in the EPC mode, an overview of project risk quantification methods to analyze the project in EPC mode risk characteristics, risk factors of the project, the establishment of a fuzzy evaluation model for risk assessment of projects in the EPC mode, explore the EPC mode, project risk monitoring, and put forward relevant proposals and strategies. The paper is divided into five chapters, as follows:

In chapter 1, the tntroduction was gived. In section 1, the purpose and significance of the thesis topics were introduced. In section 2, the statuses of domestic and foreign research were reviewed. In section 3, the objectives of the thesis, research methods and technology roadmap were described.

In chapter 2, the project risk quantification methods and assessment methods were discussed. In section 1 the concept of risk, project risk characteristics of the constituent elements of project risk, project risk classifications were discussed. In section 2, the definition of value at risk was studied, and the role of risk quantification, the risk quantification the main content was discussed. In section 3, the three risk quantification methods were described based on the content and type of risk to quantify.

In Chapter 3, the EPC mode of the project risk factors were identified. In section 1, project risk identification procedures and methods were studied. In section 2, the characteristics and risk characteristics of the EPC mode were discusseied. In section 3, the risk factors of the EPC model project was analysied. In section 4, risk Identification of the various phases of the EPC model was studied.

In Chapter 4, the risk assessment of the project in EPC mode was studied. In section 1, project risk assessment methods on the EPC mode was discussed. In section 2, fuzzy mathematical model for risk assessment of projects in EPC mode was put out.

In Chapter 5, project risk monitoring and coping strategies of EPC mode were studied. In section 1, the concept of project risk monitoring measures, technical as well as the main method was studied. In section 2, the general project risk response method project and risk coping strategies based on the EPC mode were put forward.

In Chapter 6, the summary and research forecast was put forward.
