4 小结
利用多种光谱技术和毛细管电泳前沿分析方法对甘草次酸与BSA的结合进行了研究,获得甘草次酸与BSA结合的结合常数、热力学参数、作用力类型、位点数等参数,位置探针方法确定GA的结合位点,并通过能量转移确定GA与色氨酸残基的距离,同时以圆二色谱考察GA对BSA构象的影响。结果显示光谱方法获得的结合常数与毛细管电泳前沿分析方法的结果基本一致,但是两种方法在确定位点数时差距较大。结果还表明甘草次酸对中药活性成分与BSA的结合有较大影响,可能对其它中药活性成分的药理作用产生影响。
